A website with automated sign-up, event notifications, and inquiry routing built around how the venue's team actually works.

How It Worked
New sign-ups were added to an email flow that sent them each new event the moment it was posted, and every "Contact Us" submission was routed straight to the operations manager's phone as a text message, skipping the inbox entirely.

The manager could see and act on booking inquiries the instant they arrived, without opening email, speeding up how quickly new events got booked.
